At GISEC 2024, DXB LIVE delivered a transformative exhibition experience across 21,000 sqm at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The project brought together technology, cybersecurity and creative design to produce one of the region’s most dynamic and visually distinctive technology events. Every element from concept to execution was designed to immerse visitors in the fast-paced world of digital innovation.

The objective was to elevate the exhibition experience by merging advanced technology with impactful design. GISEC aimed to engage attendees through interactive themed environments that reflected the scale and energy of the global cybersecurity industry. DXB LIVE’s goal was to translate this vision into an event that inspired connection, innovation and collaboration.

The design introduced a futuristic atmosphere defined by bold architecture, dynamic lighting and immersive staging. A standout feature was the Dark Stage, using semi-transparent fabric projections and a circular LED setup to create a striking visual effect. The Hack Pavilion added movement and excitement with lasers and high-energy lighting, while the illuminated LED tunnel entrance guided visitors into an environment that balanced creativity and technical precision. Custom structures such as the AIR Star Balloon and DJ Booth reinforced the event’s innovative identity.

As the main contractor, DXB LIVE managed all aspects of the exhibition from large-scale logistics and technical production to exhibitor coordination and on-site operations. Consistent collaboration with the GISEC team ensured cohesive delivery, efficient scheduling and seamless integration across all event zones.

The result was a bold and engaging exhibition environment that redefined expectations for cybersecurity events in the region.
