DXB LIVE delivered a landmark triple-decker chalet for EDGE at the Dubai Airshow 2023. Spanning 1,539 sqm, the semi-permanent structure was designed to host up to 500 guests, combining architectural precision, structural innovation, and brand immersion. The chalet became a standout feature of the event, reflecting EDGE’s position as a global technology and defence leader.

EDGE sought a premium hospitality space that reflected its advanced capabilities and modern identity. The goal was to create an environment that seamlessly merged corporate presence with guest experience: a space that embodied strength, innovation, and precision engineering.

The chalet’s design balanced functionality with bold aesthetics. A striking red-accented entrance led to expansive glass façades and a 4-metre-high Majlis, creating a sense of openness and prestige. Architectural detailing, refined materials, and subtle brand integration ensured a cohesive visual identity across all levels.

DXB LIVE managed the full design and build within a condensed two-month timeline. The structure was engineered for long-term reuse, supported by high-grade static engineering, advanced HVAC systems, and heat-repellent glazing. Custom elements including a 2,300-piece aluminium logo installation and a decorative façade, reinforced EDGE’s brand presence.

Round-the-clock operations and close client coordination ensured timely completion and uncompromised quality. The result was a sophisticated, semi-permanent structure that combined luxury hospitality with technical excellence.
